| Our activities is what makes us better than other homestay programs. During orientation you can choose the activities you want to do from our list! Many of our activities are included in the price of your homestay program. They take place in the afternoon after your English lessons have finished. We believe you will learn English faster and better by participating in activities with your teacher and Kayoko, so we usually do the activity with you! We promise you'll have fun with us! |

Overnight Camping Trip
Our overnight camping trip is our most popular activity. Enjoy hiking, a warm campfire, clean air, and the smell of pine in the Rocky Mountains. Cook dinner over the campfire. Sleep in a tent or under the stars. This activity is FREE! |

Watch "The Rockies" play a game at "Coors Field," one of the newest and most beautiful baseball stadiums in America. Watch an afternoon or a night game, depending on the schedule. |

The University of Colorado at Boulder is a beautiful campus and the surrounding town is full of interesting cafes, bookstores, and shops with the latest fashions. Boulder is located at the foot of the Rocky Mts. about an hour from Denver. |

Old West Dinner Show (ends 09/30/05)
The Flying W Ranch is an old ghost town that has been restored. It is surrounded by red rock mountains and features cowboys in costume, a blacksmith, and Navajo women weaving rugs. After looking over the town, have a wild west Bar-B-Que dinner while being entertained by "The Flying W Wranglers" western band. |

Tour The State Capitol
Denver is the capitol of Colorado. Learn about American History and Government on a tour of the Capitol. After the tour, spend the rest of the day in downtown Denver shopping for souvenirs. This tour is free. |

Denver Night Life
Enjoy a free dinner with Kayo and William at one of Denver's fine restaurants. After dinner (if you are 21 years old) go drinking and dancing, or visit a jazz, blues, or R&B nightclub. |

Denver offers world class entertainment at its many theaters. See rock stars like Prince, live at The Pepsi Center, or Annie Lennox and Sting who appear on September 22nd. You may also want to hear a symphony or watch a ballet, depending on the season. |

Tour Molly Brown's House
The "Unsinkable Molly Brown" was a rich Denver celebrity who survived the sinking of the Titanic. Her house and all its furnishings (now a museum) is an excellent example of Victorian architecture, art, wallpaper, and furniture. See how rich people lived in 1899. |

This 1877 mining town is full of interesting souvenir shops and old victorian homes. You can enjoy a one hour ride on the steam-powered locomotive train through the scenic Rocky Mts. across Devil's Gate Bridge to an old silver mine. This activity is Free! |

Buffalo Bill's Grave & Museum
Buffalo Bill was a cowboy, a buffalo hunter, and famous for his "Wild West Show." He is buried on top of Lookout Mountain in the Rocky Mts. The museum contains western & Indian artifacts. Enjoy a hike in the pine trees and you may see some wild sheep or elk. |

High in the Rocky Mts. an abandoned mining town has been transformed into a gambling paradise. Autumn Horseback Riding (September & October)
Autumn is the most beautiful season in the Rocky Mountains. As the climate gets colder, the aspen trees turn gold in the mountains, and everywhere in Denver the trees change color to red, orange, yellow, and gold. Enjoy horseback riding in the mountains and hiking in this autumn paradise. |
